The ringgit may be plummeting and 1MDB is stealing to pay its billion dollar debts. However, do not expect Malaysia’s ‘First Lady’ to stint on celebrating her birthday.

Last week saw at least two separate celebrations for the hallowed event.  Each featured not just the one normal cake that most people make do with, but rows of the things in elaborate shapes and colours.

The birthday girl is advised not to get started on any of them and to skip some courses from the elaborate feast featured below.
