A Lie Is A Lie

However many times it is sworn not to be. To use a religious procedure to try to make a lie more convincing fools nobody, especially in a repeat performance. In any case what is one more lie when a liar has been telling lies on oath for days past. Or do oaths taken in Court have less validity than those taken elsewhere?

Now that the cat is out of the bag the Government should commute the death penalty on the two police killers so that the one in Australia can be extradited back to give his evidence at a trial of Najib, and possibly others, for complicity in murder. No one is suggesting that the actual murderers should escape any penalty for their crime. They must have known that their actions were criminal. But they were pawns in the crime of which Najib is alleged to have been the mastermind.

Only a fresh investigation and a new trial can bring the truth to light and it is the duty of the government to make that happen. Or explain why not.
